I'm really glad Dr. Jen is my dentist. She is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to! And I'm a baby when it comes to dentistry. I really don't like having dental work done but she approaches it with so much care, I can tell she is really thinking about me and how she can make me as comfortable as possible. Plus I just love how upbeat and happy she and the staff are. I've never felt more comfortable in a dentist office than I do at Zipfel Dental Care!

Consultation and X-rays
I was very impressed with the reception I received from Aaron and Dr. Zipfel. During the consultation, everything was explained to me so that I could understand and follow along with the various alternative choices I could make to correct my particular issues. I certainly will return to have the work done for me. I felt right at home and did not hesitate asking questions. The offices are very nice and well kept and the location is easily accessible. I was even given the option to stay in the reception area, rather than be in the dental chair waiting, so I could watch T.V. or read until my personal consultation with Dr, Zipfel. That was a very pleasant experience because Aaron made me feel at home.
